Artists supporting artists
The profits from the 2026 Incognito Art Show sale will go towards funding programs at Studio A, The Art Factory and Access Arts. We are proud to partner with these organisations.
Studio A is a supported studio based in Sydney, Australia that tackles the barriers artists with intellectual disability face in accessing conventional education, professional development pathways and the opportunities needed to be successful and renowned visual artists. The enterprise paves professional pathways for such artists so that they can achieve their artistic and economic aspirations.
Studio A provides its artists with a working studio space equipped with specialist materials and support-staff. It also manages an annual exhibition program and facilitates weekly workshops provided by invited contemporary artists. Studio A supports a variety of artists working within a range of disciplines and thus strategically links Studio A artwork with an equally diverse range of target markets including art, design, craft, and corporate markets.
Studio A contributes to various personal outcomes for the artists, including increased self esteem, increased aspirations for the future, broader social networks and a sense of belonging, increased financial security and improved mental health. More broadly, within the community, Studio A reduces stigma associated with people with disability and increases diversity and inclusion. Studio A offers the mainstream arts sector access to new artists and new opportunities for unique collaborations.

The Art Factory, facilitated by Riverina Community College in Wagga Wagga, is a vital supported studio empowering artists with learning disabilities. Evolving beyond simple participation, it functions as a dynamic creative hub, offering professional development to both disabled and non-disabled artists.
This innovative model, rooted in social justice, fosters artistic growth, social inclusion, and professional careers, significantly impacting Australia's visual arts and disability sectors. As an NDIS provider, the Art Factory plays a critical role in enabling meaningful employment and leadership opportunities for artists with learning disabilities in regional NSW, driving a positive societal shift.

Access Arts have been advocating for increased accessibility and inclusivity in the arts for over forty years, while creating skill development and career opportunities for artists with disability or disadvantage. Working alongside artists and other industry organisations, Access Arts drives a creative dialogue around how an inclusive arts ecology enriches our arts industry.
Access Arts exists to elevate artists working across visual and performing arts, promoting the importance of their art through facilitation, advocacy and education. The studio provides support for artists to pursue and develop their artistic practice, as well as showcase and sell their work through create workshops, group exhibitions and the annual Undercover Artist Festival.
