REGISTER YOUR ARTWORK

If you are registered to participate in the Incognito Art Show 2026, artworks must be received before Sunday 31 May. You must fill out the below form for each artwork BEFORE you ship your art to us.

Please use the same email address that you used to register for the Incognito Art Show to complete this form, and look for the unique code printed on the bottom corner of your artwork card.
